ABOUT PRINCE OF TENNIS
Tenisu no Oujisama (Prince of Tennis) follows the story of a 12 years old middle school freshman student Echizen Ryoma, the only son of a former Japanese tennis pro Echizen Nanjirou. Ryoma went back to Japan with his family after winning games back in the US and his father decided to enroll him at Seishun Gakuen (Seigaku for short) where Nanjirou spent his junior years and where he started his career as a tennis player. There Ryoma joined Seigaku's tennis club and the rest of the series presents their journey towards winning and reaching their dream of playing in the nationals.
Prince of Tennis written by Takeshi Konomi. The manga is published in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in Japan, and is published in English in North America by Viz. The anime airs on TV Tokyo in Japan. [Source]
